I would suggest that you consult your doctor for this. However, aloe vera has a neuro-protective action. It has an anti paralytic action for stroke. There is no evidence if honey can be used in stroke patients. Please be careful about what you give to your father. Best would be that you speak with your treating physician and take a way forward. It will depend upon the damage inside the skull. if the vital areas of brain are not damaged then it is always better to take an attempt which often yield good outcome. if it is left as it it, nothing better than the fate is expected.
