Hello Sir, My uncle is suffering from right side brain stroke before 10 days. And his left side gets paralyzed. Sir please suggest me that for his case physiotherapy is useful or acupuncture therapy? And can massage is given for such case?

Physiotherapy is must.
Accupuncture can also be tried but the therapist should be really good otherwise I have seen patients getting severe problems after accupuncture.
You should also start homoeopathic treatment.

My father age is 56. Last year he had stroke and neurologist prescribed following tablets 1. Losium h (hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg) + losartan (50 mg) 2. Clopitorva 20 (atorvastatin 20 mg+clopidogrel 75 mg) 3. Betacap tr 40 (propranolol 40 mg) now he is having swelling in hands and legs. Please suggest does taking propranolol 40 mg cause swelling in body. If yes can he stop the medicine?

If platelets are low then she may re-bleed. Platelets should be atleast 80,000 to be on the safer side. Normal count - 1.5 to 4 lacs.

My mother suffered a brain haemorrhage in the left brain which affected her right side movement, memory and voice, about two months back. Post hemorragic, it is common to observe the above complaints since the cognitive function of brain gets affected. Certain mental confusions, depressions, aggressive nature or a suspicious nature is also a part of condition. She needs a physiotherapist, occupational therapy and a counsellor as well. Combination therapy helps her better and improvement depends on other health factors as well.

I have high cholesterol and triglycerides for past over 25 years, but without having posed any issue. I have no history of BP or hypertension or sugar. Still recently, I had a stroke. Fortunately, I could be attended in ICCU and a clot could be identified and diluted thru medication. Apart from a memory loss of few hours, there was no adverse effect. My father age is 73 and he is a brain stroke patient he is taking cresar H for pressure and aciloc RD for acidity and ecosprin gold 10 now my question is will he able to take 10 ml of aloe vera juice with 1 spoon of honey on a regular basis? I have heard that taking aloe vera juice will damage kidney. Will it be safe for him? Please reply.

I would suggest that you consult your doctor for this. However, aloe vera has a neuro-protective action. It has an anti paralytic action for stroke. There is no evidence if honey can be used in stroke patients. Please be careful about what you give to your father. Best would be that you speak with your treating physician and take a way forward.
