Hello calcification usually doesn't cause headache neither does clot in the arteries of brain..Although Strokes can cause headache.but most severe ones occur to certain types of Hemorrhages. Please be specific in your question.. what actually does the patient have.. blood in arteries is not correct term it doesn't specify.
