Shoulder impingement syndrome is a condition of the shoulder that is characterized by a feeling of pain and weakness while lifting the arm overhead. A tendon, known as the rotator cuff tendon, attaches the tip of the upper arm to the shoulder. Impingement of the shoulder occurs when this tendon is trapped in the sub acromial space. The sub acromial space is the space near the shoulder joint where the tendon goes through.

A number of dark spots, wrinkles, sagging, fine lines, etc. appear as a result of ageing and become very prominent on the face. Not just are these cosmetic concerns, but they also affect the person s morale.

While exercise and diet can be used to achieve overall fitness levels, they cannot produce the body shape that you have in mind (simulating your celebrity body part maybe). Almost all complaints revolve around the excess fat (in most cases) and about the quality of the skin.
