Follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc.

As a rare complication of typhoid fever inflammation of testes and epididymus is possible, which may affect production of sperms. Typhoid daignosis by widal blood test or blood culture will confirm typhoid. Semen analysis will be useful to diagnose azoospermia - no sperms. This test is not done regularly unless there is some issue with fertility.

If your stomach feels OK, Go for poultry, eggs, lean meats, fish soup etc Avoid oily and spicy items. Since you are likely to be on strict restrictions of diet earlier transition should be slow and with care. Watch for bloating, stomach pain and loose motions during transition to regular diet. These protein rich food infact will help you restore the energy.
