That's a huge blunder in pt care. Widal test will come positive entire life after a typhoid attack. It does not suggest active infection. So please do not worry about the test caming positive. Negative results on the test kit indicate the absence of infection. However, typhidot igm positive means or points towards a recent or ongoing infection. Also, if your test results show igg positive, it indicates a past or chronic infection.

Without examination, I can not say whether it is typhoid or not. But typhoid seems less likely based on your history. Other causes of igm positivity:
cross-reactivity with other bacteria: igm antibodies can sometimes cross-react with other bacterial infections, leading to a false positive result.
Previous exposure or vaccination: if a person has been previously vaccinated against typhoid fever or has had a past infection, they may still have detectable igm antibodies in their blood.

go for basic blood reports including coagulation profile. If it is abnormal, go and take vitamin k injection
go to a hospital for charcoal lavage to remove unabsorbed poison.

It can be side effects of the medicines.
