Water melon juice: Prepare watermelon juice in a juicer which does not separate the pulp but converts it into semi liquid so that it can be taken as a part of juice. Cut some watermelon in small pieces of less than half inch. Mix with juice. Have some mint leaves, duly washed and cut. Pour the juice in glasses and garnish with mint leaves. Serve chilled. This delicious juice is a mine full of antioxidants, nutrients and fiber. If desired, one can also add some lemon juice and salt.

Hi You can try botulinum toxin injections. A dermatologist or a physician should be able to administer one into the twitching muscle after electrophysiological studies and neurological evaluation.

Regards,
You may be suffering from a problem known as hyperhidrosis. You need a Dermatological Consultation for the same. A botulinum toxin (commonly known as botox) injection in the affected areas may help get rid of your problem. Hope you get well soon.

Many patients treated with botulinum toxin using a superficial...more

Body odor is mainly a result of excessive sweating. The skin covered with sweat serves as a favorable place for the bacteria to flourish. When a person engages in a lot of physical exertion or is under the influence of stressful conditions, the sweat incre...more
