a tumor may be benign as well. Malignant tumors will be hard, fixed to the surface and grows fast.
There are biopsies done to ascertain the tumor type and whether it is malignant or not.

Consult a physiotherapist tp check with your range of motion of elbow. So that you can check with the elbow angle for better clarification. You can wear elbow brace to correct the cubitus valgus and you need to do elbow muscle strengthening exercises which will help you to feel better. Let us know we can arrange for a elbow splint.
