But the disease will remain as it is a mechanical problem which will not be reduced with medicines or exercises.

It depends on how it is broken. It doesn't seem emergency how you presented. Normal fractures heal by themselves. Plaster keeps them in position and immobile. Some herbs should be taken for fast and strong healing.
