Get treated with ultrasonic therapy which would directly heal the calcaneal spur (inflammation of the calcaneum bone) which causes the heel pain in majority of the cases. Ankle pain. Our suggestion would be to do hot water fermentation along with Cold (ice) therapy. You shall also keep a pillow under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes.

Anti-inflammatory medications, such as ibuprofen (Advil) or injections of cortisone, are often helpful. Orthotic devices or shoe inserts are used to take pressure off plantar spurs (donut-shaped insert), and heel lifts can reduce stress on the Achilles tendon to relieve painful spurs at the back of the heel.

It is better to keep it simple and not mix many things. Take good care of your body by exercising everyday. Do learn yoga which can be very beneficial. Eat healthy and balanced diet with fruits and vegetables. Read about thyroid conditions and how it can be managed with healthy lifestyle and proper medications. Go for regular health check up and do the tests as suggested by your doctor. It is the holistic approach that will help naturally healing. You can contact me for further details.
