Cubitus varus deformity may occur because of growth disturbances, but it probably results from malreduction of the supracondylar fracture with medial displacement of the distal fragments. Cubitus varus deformity, also known as bow-elbow is unsightly in appearance and does not cause functional disability.

Fruits and vegetables with a "high antioxidant" are important. Cut down on sugar.
Low glycemic foods such as legumes, fruits, and grains.
Foods that are rich in vitamins a and e.anything high in fiber.
Destress and focus on relaxation. Sleep 6-8 hrs at least.
Wash your face twice per day, minimize makeup.
Apply sunscreen, prioritize moisturizing & hydration .kindly show for best advise online,
