Tacrolimus level depends upon a lot of factors. In patients with high risk transplant, we tend to keep Tacrolimus level at a higher range. In general, if everything else is going well, level should be around 6.
But again, it depends upon a lot of factors and the nephrologist you r following should be able to guide you better.

But one suggestion is to start homoeopathic treatment side by side till you decide.. it will help reducing the need for dialysis..
