You need to do certain tests, without which itâs difficult to find out the cause. Do check your thyroid profile, cbc, blood sugar fasting, calcium, uric acid, vit d, b12 from some lab. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). If bone has been broken then go for surgery and only dislocation is there then conservative tretment.

Hello lybrate user,
As you mentioned your age is 23 , Take calcium rich diet in which you required milk and milk products, dry fruit, green leafy vegetables ,eggs etc that rich in proteins and calcium which helpful to give strength to your joints. Daily 30 min exercise make your bone strong and Flexible so do regular exercise . Take Ayurvrdic Tab. calciplus Two tab twice a day with normal water.
