Consult a physiotherapist tp check with your range of motion of elbow. So that you can check with the elbow angle for better clarification. You can wear elbow brace to correct the cubitus valgus and you need to do elbow muscle strengthening exercises which will help you to feel better. Let us know we can arrange for a elbow splint.

Use knee brace for valgus deformity.
Avoid knee bending, ground sitting, stair climb. Apply hot pack n anlgesic gel.

Do you have pain if you have pain keep ice and you can wear mcr chappals which will help you to distribute the body weight evenly.

Avoid movements aggravating the pain.
Friction, massage,localizied ust.
Local injection of long acting steroid.
Cold compresses can help reduce swelling in the area. Cooling also helps to numb sharp pain. Apply an ice pack for up to 20 minutes, up to five times a day. Use a frozen gel pack, ice cubes in a plastic bag, or a bag of frozen peas. Wrap the cold pack in a soft towel. Do not apply a cold pack directly to skin.

You need to attach an arch support in your shoes/footwear you use. And strengthening of the muscles of the foot. You should use mcr chappals which will be available in the market which provides an equal weight bearing and stability to the joint.

This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold.
