Please do not do that as temperature regulation is very much important, either heat or cold definitely has more impact on the bone, it is better not to do that frequently or not all.

Hello since its almost 1 year after DVT AND presently with no complaints you can revert back to your normal routine. Even your present medication is of basic variety which is a good sign that you r doing well with minimum medication.
U can do any sort of regular exercise, which suits u.
The only precaution you have to take is do not have a long distance travel and avoid prolonged periods of immobilisation ie sitting for long time.
