Body Weakness Health Feed

I am 24 years old male. I am from punjab. I shifted to mumbai on 16th january 2021. The environment and diet here is completely different. Now I am feeling weakness and dizziness from last two days. What is reason for this? How should I encounter this problem?

How is your appetite? Follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. (preferably within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of plain water first thing in the morning 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of mixed dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit (eat whole fruit not juice), a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Take simple food like rice n dal in dinner. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Drink lot of water.10. Everyday preferably sleep on same time 11. Take 1tsp of ghee in bfast, lunch n dinner. Hi. My mother is 46 and she is experiencing weakness and lot of hair loss. She had hysterectomy operation 6 years back. I don't know if I should call this stage as menopause or not. We have got thyroid, bp and sugar test done the reports say she is fine. Then why is she experiencing weakness, what steps should we take to help her get back to normal.

Do following investigations hemogram blood sugar levels random vit d levels vit b 12 levels send me report as you get them meanwhile take following medication tab neurobion forte 1 tab three times a day calcirol sachets 1 sachet per week all for 6 weeks.

My mom is 52 years old. She don't have sugar and bp. But as soon as she get up early morning she feels tired, fatigue from past 10 days. She was not able to take meal as much she was taking earlier. She don't drink milk and do not eat mutton. Please tell me what is the remedy to get rid off from this and what type of food, vegetables she should eat?

Get your thyroid profile, cbc, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. I m42 years I morning I am going to toilet 3to4 times first two time my stool is solid but after that my stool become like water due to which I feel weakness in body and my weight is also reducing.

You have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. Caffeine, 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibupani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day 9. Do not drink/ store water in plastic bottles. 10 .relax and walk for 30 mts daily 11. Take enough rest- do not lie down immediately after eating. Take dinner 3 hrs before sleeping. No late nights 11. Keep your weight under control. 13. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol. 15. Reduce physical and mental stress. Maintain healthy life style. I feel weak tired and dizzy and my memory I think been weak since sometimes I do not concentrate on study for big time. I have tested my urine in lab it was normal 1-2 hpf and rbc 2-3 hpf and hp is 5.anyhow I masturbate too after 5 to 7 days please help me in this issue.

Hello doctor, since two months exactly at 1 pm in the noon I feel giddiness and loss of strength I get hungry and after eating anything spicy or any fruit juice I get better in 15 mins if I don't eat it just continues. What is the solution and what's the problem I have? And sometimes my left ear feels very hot and red I keep any cold cloth to cook it. I get giddiness only in the noon and not any other time during sunny days alot. Do I have blood pressure? I consume alcohol most of the days around 90 ml please help me over come this problem thank you I have gastritis and bloating problem I take pan d tablet twice a day before food.

My question and problem are I don’t feel tired anymore, I can stay up till late and only just go to my bed to close my eyes because of the actual time not because i’m tired. But when I wake up I don’t feel refreshed like one would feel after having a good nights rest, i’m struggling to find out what the problem is?
