I am suffering from weakness feeling weak every time but my working hours/ shift changes every week like working in night shift and next week working in morning shift is this reason behind my weakness aur weight loss?

I have masturbation habit since 7 years, So by this problem my penis is very weak. Now I am quitting masturbation habit but I am not able to stop my urges so in 1 week I do 3 times masturbation. And my penis is going very weak and my penis head is becoming red small veins are showing on it. After 2 or 3 days. They go. But some part not.
