I am sorry to hear about your concern, but will be happy to assist you.
Pubic lice are tiny insects found on coarse human body hair, such as the hair around your genitals. They are passed on through close bodily contact with someone who has pubic lice and are usually sexually transmitted – which is when they move from one person to another during sex.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

Without examination of the skin condition and knowing the extent of involvement. Along with this more information on ongoing medication or history of previous/current skin/systemic illness it is not possible to comment on the treatment that would suit you best. You should send me images through private online consult for a better assessment of the problem and approaching it accordingly. Hope this is helpful.

Hi. Pubic louse is 100% a hygiene related issue. First shave off pubic hair and bathe everyday, concentrating on pubic wash with soap and water. Ask your doctor for a prescription for the drug applied externally for scabies and lice and apply over the head (since head is the source) over night on alternate days to be washed off with shampoo next morning. Once pubic hair grows, treat it with the same solution there. Best wishes.
