Get your thyroid profile, cbc, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No, it does not help is sugar control unless you eat proper diet, good balanced diet low in calories, no sugar is good for diabetic. Taking adequate protein help in fat loss and build strength when you are doing regular exercise. Take adequate protein in food, eat fruits and vegetables, if you want additional protein take it as supplement. Have a healthy life.
