Hello Sir, I am masturbating from last 4 years almost 4 times a week. I was not playing or exercising during that time as I was studying from morning upto evening continuously taking break only for food and my diet was very much simple. And fortunately I also qualified neet 2018 and currently I am pursuing MBBS. But as I get admitted in medical collage ,symptoms like headache (although now not present, stiffness in whole body mostly in back portion ,stiffness in hand fingers, stiff neck, pain all over body, lost concentration and focus, loss of interest in studying (during 11 and 12th I was studying for almost 13 hrs without exhaust, now I am feeling exhausted, I am not social, feeling bored continuously, over thinking, weakness and trembling in hands, not able to understand what others are saying, not able to explain even small and easy things to others, hopelessness, memory is weak, amnesia, loss of confidence and loss of motivational power and I feel lose all the time. Sir, doctors prescribed me some anti depressant drugs (like ssri-sertraline, escitalopram), vitamin supplements but improvement zero (I had taken these drugs for almost 1.5 yrs). My blood tests like cbc, kft, lft, vit. D, esr,rf, crp etc all were normal. Sir now I want your kind suggestion and prescription, do that I may live my life like others are living. Thank you.

It looks like you are anaemic. And also you have to check with your vitamin and calcium, if the bones are weak then automatically the pain gets triggered more as there is less energy during any metabolic activity.
