It is calculated as per height. According to your height your weight should be around 53. But BMI is a hypothetical concept. It depends on your lifestyle, physical activity, etc.

by this method, your bmi comes out of 29.74
bmi of 18.5 to 24.9 is considered as healthy. Above 30 means person is obese and below 18.5 means under weight.
