Yes a clot at the end of the period. If it is only one time no problem but you have continuosly clots and huge ones every month then you should be concerned. And eat healthy green leafy vegetables n high iron vegetables.

men have not got vagina so probable the blood you noticed came from the urethra. Mild urethral injuries are common during rough masturbation practices. This can very well be prevented by using lube at time of masturbation and not using rough objects for the act. Use gentle strokes. 1.You should maintain high grade of personal hygiene. 2.Do change your underclothes at least 2 times a day
3.Wear cotton under garments
4.Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids.
5.Keep the area dry

Passing blood in urine is not something one must take lightly. Taking antibiotics won't cause it to go away. You need to be evaluated completely by a urologist, get imaging studies done and figure out a treatment plan. Hope this helps. Good luck.
