if there is blood while you pass motions, it is likely that either you have a fissure (cut) or piles. However, we cannot be sure until more information is available from your end.

Add big bowl of salad two times a day before meals. Butter milk. Kadhi khichdi poha upma uttpam. Rice curd rice daal.
No or least spicy. No fried food.
