Blood in semen should not be taken lightly. Lesion due to any reason can be the cause. 'Alpaveerya' (least semen) can lead to situation too and Masturbation in such condition adds to woes.
Stop masturbating immediately. Start good diet and 'vrushya' herbs to enhance qty and quality of herbs. Drink more water and take 'chandanasav' 15 ml + equal water thrice a day. Get semen examination done and send reports.

Daily masturbation is definitely harmful for future sex life. Yes, semen is made from blood. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Take lots of water daily. Take more of milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese, desi ghee in diet.
