Blood group has nothing to do in getting pregnant, if your baby's blood group comes out to be positive, which will be known only after delivery,then you will need an injection of anti-D to clear the effect of positive group from your blood to keep the future pregnancies safe. If a lady with nagative blood group has an abortion,then also she needs anti D injection

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Many studies proves There is no harm in marrying the guy with your same blood group. Everyone is born with a certain blood type that is either Rh positive or Rh negative. Rh-positive blood is more common than Rh-negative. There is no problem for you to marry a partner with the same blood type/grouping as yourself. Take care.

If your baby will be with negative blood group then there will be no problem but if blood group is positive like urs then after delivery she will require inj antiD.
