I am 25 year old female and trying to conceive. Me and my hubby has same blood group which is B+. Having same blood group creates problem to conceive? Does it need any medical examination? Please help.

Do thallesemia n rubella igG and igM test ,thyroid profile n cbc. Test. Same blood group does not causes problem.

In terms of pregnancy, when the mother's blood group is Rh negative and the fetus (baby growing in the womb) is Rh positive, then there is a chance of mixing blood during pregnancy or at the time of delivery and lead to further complications. It is called as Rh incompatibility.

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Many studies proves There is no harm in marrying the guy with your same blood group. Everyone is born with a certain blood type that is either Rh positive or Rh negative. Rh-positive blood is more common than Rh-negative. There is no problem for you to marry a partner with the same blood type/grouping as yourself. Take care.

If your baby will be with negative blood group then there will be no problem but if blood group is positive like urs then after delivery she will require inj antiD.

No need to worry about it. All types of blood groups are allowed but it's better to choose +ve type blood type so that the child always inherit +ve type blood group.
