you will have a healthy baby. Nothing much can happen.
I think you should understand genetics of blood group. I will quickly summarise here.
If both of you have blood group a then your child will have either “a” or “o” blood group.
If both have blood group b then your child will have either “b” or “o” blood group.

There is such a finding in certain studies that o+ blood group is not good as it can cause an ulcer. In the normal practice and life here is nothing we can do to change the blood group and can take precautions against ulcer.

Hi Hemendra, yes if mother is with negative blood group and baby with positive blood group it can create problem called as The isoimmunisation.
Which will create problem in growth of the baby and creat abnormalities in baby.
