Hi Hemendra, yes if mother is with negative blood group and baby with positive blood group it can create problem called as The isoimmunisation.
Which will create problem in growth of the baby and creat abnormalities in baby.

Not there will be no problem as you and your first baby have the same blood group so there will be no problem with your second conception.
