you need to be careful with your diet. Avoid spicy, oily food, excess fats. And you need to reduce sgot and sgpt. Better to consult an ayurvedic physician. Meantime you can take kumariasav if you are not diabetic.

We need to know your weight and status of diabetes or any medication you are taking. You can continue these medication. How ever pls follow the diet. You can check for diet in liver disease on youtube by me.

It is almost normal.
Bilirubin is a little high but could be due to any recent illness and medicines.
Unless you have symptoms of hepatitis or gall stone.
Don't worry.
Drink plenty of fluids.
Eat lots of fruit.
Repeat it after 1 month

You have mentioned the report, but not about your complain for which the test was requested by the doctor. The finding in usg means that the is liver fibrosis which may be caused by alcohol. Hepatis virus and food habit. Avoid the cause if you have above habit. And consult the doctor or me with toal record.
