No mention of diagnosis and treatment received. Although allergy to some agent is commonest cause for nasal congestion, and to identify it and if possible avoid it is the proper approach. You should consult ent specialist for examination for any defect or obstruction in nostrils like congestion, deviated septum, hypertrophied nasal turbinate or polyp etc decongestant nasal spray or drops give only temporary relief and at times habit forming.

probably it is due to change of environment. You need to get some investigations done.
Also what nasal drops are you using? If you are using xylometazoline or oxymetazoline, they should not be used for more than 5 days. They will also cause rhinitis medicamentosa leading to your symptoms. You can consult me anytime regarding further evaluation.

Persistent complaints of nose and throat may be due to allergic factor like weather, dust, inhalant in atmosphere which may have to be identified by self exploration and to be avoided wherever possible. If not medications like decongestants, local seasonal steroids etc are to be tried.
