"as" per your clinical history is concerned feeling tired can be due to many causes so to know exact cause do a clinical examination by your nearest doctor and ask him to do an ECG to rule out heart problems, do adjust blood pressure medications, check fasting blood sugar to rule out diabetes, check tsh to rule out thyroid problems and check deficiency of iron and b complex. Do take treatment for the exact cause only.

You need to visit a cardiologist nearby for a detailed examination and evaluation. Its very difficult to give a correct opinion without physically seeing the patient.
Whether your current chest pain is cardiac or not, or the previously blocked coronaries require any intervention like angioplasty or not, then lastly to advise optimum medications. All these are serious issues which can not be dealt on a forum like this.

Very similar. Clopivas has been tested and is probably slightly more effective blood thinner. Brillinta has been less well studied, is useful in few special situations.
