Dear lybrate-user
the best way to address both your issues is exercise. To reduce belly fat there are specific exercises you must do. As fo stomach bloating a proper exercise regimen with a diet modification will help a lot. Medicine can only give you temporary relief. If you are ready for a lifestyle modification, do contact me for more guidance.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user
I do not see why you need to use cintodac constantly for 10 years. Please share more details. As for excess bloating and incomplete evacuation, a regime of lifestyle modification using diet and exercise can help. Do share if you are affected by any other disorders so I can guide you better.

Certain preparations of vitamin -c; zinc; iron ;calcium etc. Are making irritation of lining of gastro intestinal system and this may produce bloating -- buffering of such items are done in some preparations --so that such problems are minimum--also advice --take such tablets after a full meal only -----ok.
