This has been happening for almost a year. When I eat cooked food, my heart starts beating fast and I can feel my heart thumping. It stops after 5-10 minutes. Some days are worse than others. I feel pain in left side of the chest. My stomach feels bloated and I want to burp but I am not able to. My stomach feels so full that I can not sit with ease. Something feels stuck in the stomach. I constantly keep getting small burps throughout the day. My brain feels tired and dizzy. I am unable to focus and enjoy the present moment. My sex drive has become low and I have started experiencing erection issues. My blood report says everything is normal. I exercise constantly. I try to eat salads and fruits more during the day. I do not drink or smoke. What causes these issues? Can I ever become normal again?
