Hi, Well balanced diet and exercise is the best for your problem. Vitamin A rich foods which are orange and yellow colour fruits and vegetables like Carrot, Pumpkin, Papaya, dark green leafy vegetables like Spinach,Dill leaves ,Methi etc.will help. Also Almonds,Walnuts and cow's ghee will help.
