Dear user. Hiv spread through contact between broken skin, wounds, or mucous membranes and hiv-infected blood or blood-contaminated body fluids. Deep, open-mouth kissing if both partners have sores or bleeding gums and blood from the hiv-positive partner gets into the bloodstream of the hiv-negative partner. Hiv can not spread through saliva. Take care.

Do you have bleeding from any other sites.
You need to have a proper oral and body examination along with some blood tests like cbc, pt/inr etc. And of course you should take vegetables and citrus fruits.

It is natural for teeth to become slightly yellow as a person ages and their enamel becomes worn. Discolouration from plaque buildup can be reduced by regular brushing. Avoiding foods that may stain the teeth is also a good idea. The best way to keep teeth healthy is through diet and a good oral hygiene routine.
