Gum disease is characterized by inflammation of the gums caused by the bacteria present in plaque (a colorless and sticky film on the teeth). Though it may be very common, spitting out blood while brushing; however, is not normal. Bleeding gums can be an early sign of gum diseases like gingivitis and periodontal disease and hence should never be ignored. It can also be a symptom of scurvy. Plaque, when accumulated over time can lead to the inflammation of gums. Vigorous brushing or flossing over these inflamed gums can make them bleed.

Gums bleeding is not a big issues mostly it's normal. But it bleed when gums get inflamed, or may be you put more force on gums. Or other causes are like gingivitis and vitamin c & k deficiency. So try to take rich in vitamin c & k diet. And used dabur red toothpaste. Still didn't work out you may consult with dentist.

Hello, these are all sign of inflamed gums which usually occur due to deposits between the tooth and gums which calcified if not removed.
Kindly get a round of deep scaling done by a dentist. And maintain proper oral hygiene as instructed by the dentist after that.

Bleeding gums may be a sign of poor dental hygiene. Gums become inflamed and bleed when there's a buildup of plaque along the gum line.
