the bumps are caused by enlarged lymphatic tissue in the tonsils and adenoids, which are pockets of tissue in the back of your throat. This tissue often becomes inflamed or irritated in response to extra mucus in the throat. While it can look alarming, cobblestone throat is usually harmless and easy to treat.

Bleeding gums are a sign of gingivitis, or inflammation of your gums. It's a common and mild form of gum disease, and it's caused by a buildup of plaque at your gumline. If you have gingivitis, your gums may be irritated, red, and swollen. They may bleed when you brush your teeth.

Blood in your mouth is often a result of trauma to your mouth or throat, such as chewing or swallowing something sharp. It could also be caused by mouth sores, gum disease, or even vigorous flossing and brushing of your teeth. If you're coughing up blood, it might appear that your throat is bleeding.

Take a mixed balanced diet and increase intake of boiled vegetables &fruits.
gargle mouth with warm salt water regularly daily especially after dinner.
