Depends how long the effect would stay .. depends upon .. clinical condition of teeth .. depends upon so many factors ..though a tooth paste is necessary .. for brushing teeth daily especially at night .. bleeding gums are a sign of gingivitis... Which means inflammation of gums .. inflammation of gums is due to lot of factors .. associated . So one has to see properly the reason of gum bleeding properly ...
