You may need deep cleaning along with surgical curettage or gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person. Irregular brushing technique with worn out tooth brush will certainly cause the gums to bleed. Brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months. Hello, Sometimes the gingival inflammation is not only because of the superficial deposits which is removed by regular scaling. If the deposits are present below the gingival margin than it leads to pockets and bone loss which cannot be just cured by simple scaling.
A full mouth Xray is going to give the idea and based on that if required a deep cleaning need to be done
