Blood spotting is very normal. It can happen just after periods because in uterus some remain blood are used to come out. Or sometime its happen during ovulation. But if feel with any other symptoms and it happening frequently then you may rush to doctor.

In case if u are not pregnant..then it could be menses also....
If u r pregnant then progesterone injection would be required to maintain pregnancy.

Hello, please get a urine pregnancy test done to confirm pregnancy first and then if positive then implantation bleeding is likely as that is always a retrospective diagnosis.
