No, it won't stop it completely forever. However, as it's a hormonal pill it has the capacity to disrupt the menses for a while and even fro a couple of cycles in some cases. But there is no need to worry as the body will eventually resume normality.
Using other than hormonal methods of contraceptives such as condoms is a more easy and safer option and it has an added benefit of protecting against STI's.
