Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
Hashimoto's Thyroiditis (HT), is an autoimmune disease where there is lymphocytic infiltration in the thyroid gland leading to it becoming slightly enlarged and firm in consistancy. Since it is an autoimmune disease some amount of increase in lymphocytes does occur. Thanks.

It is better to get a blood test done and then get a thorough examination by a dermatologist and General physician then we can come to a proper conclusion regarding the condition. Wishing her a speedy recovery....more

Dear user. I can understand. Bleeding from penis could be due to many causes. Infection of the prostate (prostatitis) can cause the same signs and symptoms. Kidney disease. Microscopic urinary bleeding is a common symptom of glomerulonephritis, which causes inflammation of the kidneys' filtering system. I suggest you to consult a doctor at the earliest. Take care.

Hi Lybrate user,
Spitting of blood in saliva is a presenting symptom in many disorders. Blood in saliva commonly come from the mouth, the nose, and other parts of the gastrointestinal and respiratory tracts problems. Finally comes the cancerous condition.
The detailed history like when it started, frequency, quantity, consistency and investigations helps us to tell you what is the real cause. Get checked with your family physician once for a healthy life. Take care.
