In no way bleach is advisable,,it is very much harmful for ur skin,,u can apply natural fruit mask ,,u can apply honey with gram flower,,also u can apply rose water with honey,, apply natural alovera gel extract,,this will be helpful for ur skin

Bleaching was not to be done on raw areas it is already mentioned on all bleach pack that you buy. But still you should wait for atleast a week. You can apply topical antibiotics like ointment T Bact for faster recovery.

Bleach causes skin damage resulting in hyperpigmentation at times. Scars and marks can be removed by chemical peels and and microdermabrasion which can be done fortnightly and usually 6-8 sittings will clear the face.
