Wash the penis well, including the area under the foreskin in uncircumcised men.
Keep the area dry, since moisture in the genital area can lead to infections. Cornstarch powders during the summer may be helpful.

- urine routine exam tests for specific gravity, protein, sugar, different cells including epithelial, pus, red blood cells etc, whereas the urine culture is done to see whether any bacteria is present, the organism is grown on the media & if present then is accordingly treated with suitable antibiotic.

It is almost ok, do not worry do 1.Pass urine whenever you feel a desire, empty bladder completely.
2.Wipe from front to back after toilet
