-It is the method by which in a laboratory the infecting bacteria can be detected, the medium is incubated at a specific temperature for 48 hrs & it has shown growth.

ESBL (extended spectrum beta lactamase) positive means semen infected with bacteria that produces and enzyme which breakdown antibiotics which used for its treatment. Means this resist treatment.

Please It means that she has no infection in urinary tract Give her Chandnasav 20 ml twice a day for 7 days Tab chndraprabha Vati 2 2 for 7 days Reconsult after 7 days with all details.

This is the treatment. If culture is negative you have no infection and I cannot see a reason for prostatitis as you say.

The report says everything is normal .Growth means growth of organisms if present in the urine that causes urinary tract infection. No growth means no organisms and no infection.

The report means there is no infection in seminal vesicles or the tract. No bacteria which cause infection was found.

Wash the penis well, including the area under the foreskin in uncircumcised men.
Keep the area dry, since moisture in the genital area can lead to infections. Cornstarch powders during the summer may be helpful.
