Hello-
most of the time, urine can be used to test for gonorrhea. However, if you have had oral and/or anal sex, swabs may be used to collect samples from your throat and/or rectum. In some cases, a swab may be used to collect a sample from a man's urethra (urine canal) or a woman's cervix (opening to the womb).

Hello-
if there is no or little growth on the agar after 24 to 72 hours of incubation, the semen culture is considered negative and the culture is complete, suggesting an infection is not present.

No its not normal to have 10-12 pus cell per hpf normal is upto 5 pus cells per hpf, if you have any symptoms I suggest you should go for urine culture and sensitivity.

Hello-
in patients with testicular pain due to acute epididymitis, there is a close association between clinical symptoms, a positive urine culture, and ultrasonographic findings. Patients with a positive urine culture tended to be sexually active and younger than those others with acute epididymitis.
