1. Chandanavsa 10 ml thrice a day
2. GOxuradi gugal 2 tabs twice a day
3. haritakyadi Ghan 2 tabs twice a day
After 15 days if problem continue then consult for further treatment,

-as you have recurrent uti --i advice to consult a urologist and do needful lab tests and take medicines as per prescription and inform your doctor of any pending problems so that he can extend some medicines or add new medicine --if needed--
-in this regard, life style changes are important for avoiding recurrence ---kindly make a daily schedule...more
