I had gone through ureteric calculus uretoscopy before 1 month. And placed a stent inside. Can I take lemon in my diet? Is it useful.

You may take lemon in your diet. This will in no way interfere with the uretric stent. If you take at least 2 liters of fluids with the lemon it will be useful in washing out any small stones.

Why do opinion differ from doctor to doctor? My gallbladder stone is defected in USG report which says numerous small calculi found in gall bladder one of which measures 0.88 mm' A general surgeon told me to get it operated but another gastroenterologist told me since you doesn't have pain, it is an asymptomatic gallstones which doesn't require surgery.

Yes your gastro Dr. is correct asymptomatic gall stones no need for surgery but you need to follow up with USG every 6 months sometimes drs have vested interests .so they say get operated for monetary benefit only
do not eat fatty meal
eat plant based diet and high fiber diet.

Hi I just wanted to know how easy it is for doctors to manipulate reports. I was admitted in a hospital and was diagnosed with a 11 mm stone although they have showed us the report I just kept wondering how easy it is for them to manipulate the results with the growth in graphics software it might not be that hard to make a fake sonography photos. Is this true.

hello
I don't advocate both surgeries at one go. anorectal surgery should not be combine with other procedure. you should go for the surgery for the condition which is more symptomatic. if you are having trouble with gall stones than go for laparoscopic cholecystectomy and if piles are more troublesome than go for piles surgery first.
