do not eat fatty meal

hello
I don't advocate both surgeries at one go. anorectal surgery should not be combine with other procedure. you should go for the surgery for the condition which is more symptomatic. if you are having trouble with gall stones than go for laparoscopic cholecystectomy and if piles are more troublesome than go for piles surgery first.
