Bladder Infections Questions

I'm a 22 year old female with 72 kg weight. I have an extremely overactive bladder. At first I thought it was due to yeast infection in my vagina but after treating those recurrent infections this urine problem has not stopped. My life has become hell. I suffer from extreme anxiety when I have to travel to far distances for I have to hold my urine. Tomorrow I have to go to a seminar that'll take at least 2 hours from my home and i'm not being able to sleep because of that. I also have developed a sort of mania. Even for a 15 min journey i'm thinking when i'm gonna make a bathroom stop. During night before going to sleep I sit on the commode and forcefully squeeze out pee at least 10 times so that o don't have to get up at night. What shall I do? My parents are not supportive and think it's nonsense. They think i'm simply delusion. I have been embarrassed by them and my friends for my toilet problems often. It's getting unbearable.

Darif 7.5 tablet pr is an antimuscarinic. It works by relaxing muscles of the urinary bladder to prevent frequent, urgent or uncontrolled urination. It is more suitable if you have obstructive urine related problem.

The overactive level of the bladder is diagnosed from history and examination and biopsy is not essential.
