Good afternoon. If you are indeed getting whiteheads and blackheads on your face, it means you have acne. Consult a qualified dermatologist for a comprehensive check up and acne treatment protocol.
Dietary advice- avoid junk food and high glycemic index foods. Drink plenty of water and fresh fruits and vegetables.

In adolescents, and in adults who are prone to acne, open pores may become clogged, turning into blackheads or whiteheads. Aging skin containing less collagen may also take on the appearance of having larger, open pores, which might also cause concern. Pores cannot be opened or closed. They also cannot be made smaller.

One of the main reasons for the formation of whiteheads on the nose is the same as that of blackheads, dirt that is clogging the pores on your face. Pores often and commonly get clogged due to excess production of oil and dead skin cells.

Dead skin cells occur naturally as your skin constantly generates new ones to replace them. Oil (sebum) is made in your pores and is designed to keep your skin hydrated. But too many dead skin cells and the over-production of oil can combine to make your pores a breeding ground for whiteheads.

You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from readymade gels available in market. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your face skin. Wash with plain water after an hour. Stop using soap on face. Instead take a spoon of milk, add a pinch of turmeric (haldi). Mix n apply on face with the help of cotton. Leave for a few minutes then wash off. Apply moisturizer like coconut oil.
