Normally, hair grows from hair follicles in the pores, and the sebum-producing sebaceous glands lie underneath. When these pores are plugged, the dead skin cells in the open pore react with oxygen in the air and turn black, forming a blackhead. You should absolutely not squeeze blackheads. Squeezing a spot can push the inflammation deeper and this can cause scarring of the skin.

Use sunscreen lotion everyday indoor and outdoor. Wash face with cold water. Use good quality face wash. Avoid make up. Drink atleast 3 lit of water everyday.
